We believe in our products and trust that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we do understand that sometimes given the nature of shopping online, some things may need to be returned or exchanged.

You can return or exchange your purchase with the following conditions:

  • It must be within two weeks of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be available
  • Customer will be liable for shipping/courier fees for returned/exchanged items

We suggest that you use a PostNet or any other trackable courier service as we do not guarantee we will receive the returned product.

*Please note that all Equilibrium products come with a guarantee from the Equilibrium brand. This can be activated by the customer online on the Equilibrium brand website. Equiformance does not activate the guarantee for customers.
